综合性医书。8卷。附杂病证治类方8卷。明王肯堂(宇泰、损仲、损庵、西念居士)撰。书成于万历三十年(1602年)。作者博学多闻，著述甚富，其于医者代表著之一有《六科证治准绳》，包括杂病、杂病类方、伤寒、疡医、幼科、女科6部分。此书乃为第一、二两部分。杂病分论诸中、诸伤、诸气、诸血等13门，150余种病证。各证下辑《内经》以下名家著论，后阐明己见，辨别病证、脉象之异同，因证论治、立法、处方，不附方药。《杂病证治类方》为《杂病证治》部分的方药编，分128种病证，所收类方多注明出处。其书采摭繁富，条理分明，博而不杂，详而有要，于寒、温、攻、补无所偏主。为现存中医书中较有影响者。存明、清刻本，解放后有影印本。
