主料
生姜30克，肉桂6克，猪肚250克，芫荽少许。
做法
猪肚洗净切片；生姜洗净，切片；肉桂洗净，捶碎成末。将肉桂、生姜、猪肚同放入锅内，加水适量，用武火煮沸后，改用文火炖至猪肚烂即成，加入适量芫荽，饮汤吃猪肚。每天1料，连服5天为1疗程。
药用价值
助阳散寒、温中健脾暖胃。用于胃痛隐隐、喜热喜按、大便溏薄、面色无华、神疲乏力、呕吐清水者。
