吸纯氧半小时后取动脉血测定PaO2及PaCO2,计算公式如下:吸纯氧后肺泡氧分压PaO2=当日大气压-(47+PaCO2)肺内分流量(%)LQS〓〓(LQS/QT)〓〓=〓〓0.0031(PAO2-PaO2)〓〓5+0.0031(PAO2-PaO2)〓〓肺内分流增加是肺病变引起严重血氧下降的主要原因。肺炎、肺不张、肺水肿等凡能使肺泡气体接触者均可使肺内分流增加。在重症婴儿肺炎,肺内分流可占心输出量30%~50%之多。
