赤膜下垂
赤膜下垂 病证名。系指黑睛上缘轮白之际生细小血丝，逐步向下延伸，似帘垂向黑睛，甚则掩盖瞳神。血丝尽头处常有星翳，并伴羞明多泪，沙涩疼痛，视力下降等证。出《银海精微》。又名垂帘翳、赤脉下垂。类似今之沙眼性角膜血管翳。本病多因肝肺风热，脉络壅滞，或椒疮失治所致。治宜疏风清热，祛瘀退翳。若病情较轻者，可用驱风散热饮子；若病情较重，赤丝翳膜遮满黑睛，成为血翳包睛时，应选用归芍红花散或石决明散加减，并外点石燕丹。
