指一种以旋髂浅血管为蒂的两侧髂腹股沟部皮瓣的移植手术。由Daniel(1973年)报告成功，也是世界第1次报告的皮瓣。此皮瓣供皮面积大，但血管畸形较多，蒂短，口径只有1mm左右，虽供区隐蔽，但不为人们所采用。
