Methods BALB/c mice were immunized with anti-idiotypic antibody NP30 plus cordyceps polysaccharide,polyporus polysaccharide,Astragalus membranaceus,glycyrrhizic acid,and human immunomodulator (HIM),respectively;and their protections were investigated and the levels of serum specific IgG,IgG1 and IgG2a antibodies detected.
