方法取经跳台法和八臂迷宫法筛选的正常大鼠采用侧脑室注射βAP2535,制成阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer'sdisease,AD)大鼠模型,应用跳台法和八臂电迷宫法判断给药前后大鼠的空间学习和记忆能力;采用化学比色法测定脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase,AchE)活性。
