外阴恶性肿瘤的预防
外阴恶性肿瘤是老年妇女的疾病，较少见，约占妇科恶性肿瘤的3%～5%，病因不清。有关因素为：①卵巢功能衰竭引起外阴组织萎缩；导致外阴营养不良；②外阴病毒感染，如疱疹病毒Ⅱ型，人乳头瘤病毒感染引起外阴尖锐湿疣；③性病：如梅毒、淋巴肉芽肿，腹股沟肉芽肿、淋病等；④外阴交界痣，可能发展为恶性黑色素瘤。上述情况均应积极治疗。
