释智一者。不详何许人也。居灵隐寺之半峰。精守戒范而善长啸。啸终乃牵曳其声。杳入云际。如吹笳叶若揭游丝。徐举徐扬载哀载咽。飕飗凄切听者悲凉。谓之哀松之梵。颇生物善。或在像前赞咏流靡。于灵山涧边养一白猿。有时蓦山逾涧久而不还。一乃吮吻张喉作梵呼之则猿至矣。时人谓之白猿梵。召一公为猿父。犹狙公也。其后涧边群狙聚焉。每至众僧斋讫。敛生饭送猿台所。后令山童呼三二声。则群猿竞至。洎乎唐武宗废教。伊寺毁除焉。鞠为茂草之墟饭猿于台。事皆堙灭一师不详所终。
