气管内间歇正压通气
intermittent positive pressure ventilation,IPPV

为最常用的人工通气法。其原理为呼吸器在吸气相以正压将气体压入患者肺内,呼气相时压力降至大气压,可借胸廓和肺的弹性回缩将气体排出。适用于复苏、呼吸肌麻痹及中枢性呼吸衰竭患者。
