性质:又称随体DNA。天然DNA用氯化铯密度梯度离心后,从本体DNA分离出来的一小部分DNA。在平衡状态下,浮力密度取决于G+C的含量;G+C含量越高,浮力密度也越高。叶绿体、核糖体、线粒体和着丝粒DNA以及质粒DNA都能形成随体DNA。
