Objective To investigate the variation of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) expression and lipid peroxidation in aorta and plasma of Ins2~ Akita diabetic mice, and to inquire into the relationship between the variation and the cardiovascular diseases in diabetic patients.
方法采用Ins2Akita糖尿病小鼠模型的主动脉及血浆为标本,以Westernblot法和免疫组织化学法检测主动脉VCAM-1蛋白表达情况,以ELISA检测血浆中VCAM-1的表达水平,以脂质过氧化反应试剂盒检测小鼠主动脉及血浆中脂质过氧化物的水平。
