多探测器平移-旋转系统
CT设备的类型之一。在单探测器平移-旋转系统(single detector translate-rotate system)，即第一代CT机的基础上改进的第二代CT机(second generation CT unit)，可用于头部检查。与单探测器平移-旋转系统相比，探测器阵列(detector arry)规模扩大，数目达5～90个。仍采用平移-旋转式(T/R)方式扫描，固定阳极X线管在扫描过程中连续发出多束笔形线束(pencil beam)或较小角度的扇形线束(fan beam)。由于探测器增多，一次平移扫描后机架旋转角度相应增大，完成层面扫描(180°)所需的平移-旋转次数减少，缩短了扫描时间，最快达10～20s。重建矩阵256×256。这类设备可有两排探测器，一次扫描可同时获得两幅图像，但这并不意味着可减少一次层面扫描所需时间，不能解决移动伪影问题。此型设备现已极少应用。
