Objective To study a Chinese pedigree with Hailey-Hailey disease(HHD)and exa-mine the ATP2C1 gene mutation in this family.
目的对家族性慢性良性天疱疮一家系的ATP2C1基因突变进行检测。

Results: We found five mutations in ATP2C1 gene including 3 nonsense mutations and 2 splicing mutations.
方法 :根据病史、临床表现和组织病理诊断慢性家族性良性天疱疮 ,收集家系资料 ,提取外周血DNA ,设计引物 ,采用聚合酶链反应、DNA直接测序、克隆测序等方法对 11例非同家族的慢性家族性良性天疱疮患者ATP2C1基因进行突变检测。
