肠道对锌吸收功能有先天缺陷所致的常染色体隐体遗传性皮肤病。皮损早期以皮肤黏膜交界处、四肢及肢端明显，为疱疹、脓疱，随即转为片状糜烂，呈苔藓样或牛皮癣样斑块，可见鳞屑或结痂。多数病例伴腹泻，患儿常生长延迟、营养不良、贫血等。
