We studied on the continuing health service demand and utilization of the old discharged patients at three cities,and depicted their self-rated health,doctor advices obedience and health service utilizations at different levels health service providers.
本研究基于三城市老年出院病人后续卫生服务的需求和利用情况,描述了老年出院病人的自我健康感觉、遵从医嘱,以及对不同卫生服务机构的利用情况,为完善后续卫生服务模式、促进社区卫生服务机构与医院资源和服务的互动整合提出相关政策建议。

【蓝十字住院费用保险合作社】亦称“蓝十字会”。以社区为范围的非营利性住院医疗保险合作组织。1936年由美国和加拿大各州类似性质的机构合并而成。该社和各社区医院签订合约，对被保险社员提供住院治疗的保障。其保险费和给付标准因地而略有区别，治疗费用不直接付予社员，而由医院与蓝十字结算划拨。该社很少使用免赔额、等待期、共同保险等限制性条款。其组织管理由各地分支机构设立的经理委员会或委托医院负责。
