多见于从事跳跃项目的运动员。伤后足底肿痛，步行困难。将■趾被动背伸位拉紧跖腱膜时痛加剧。如再触诊发现跖腱膜无张力则为完全断裂。一般外固定患足及踝于功能位3周，3周后理疗和功能锻炼。
