子宫颈癌体外放射治疗
由于放射线在穿透组织行进轨迹中，不同点的组织所受到的剂量按距离反平方规律下降。一般腔内放疗有效区为宫颈、宫体中下段、阴道上1/3，及子宫旁三角区内(A点)，癌变超过此区的宫旁浸润区或淋巴转移区(B点)仅仅腔内放疗达不到肿瘤致死量。如果一味增加腔内放射量，必然会造成盆腔中轴剂量过高，而致严重的直肠、膀胱并发症。所以A点以外肿瘤浸润及淋巴转移部位，予以体外照射补充其剂量。体外照射范围一般上界在腰椎4、5以下，下界在耻骨联合上缘以下4～5cm，外缘不超过股骨头。此范围内包括宫旁组织外，大部髂总、髂内、髂外、闭孔、深腹股沟、髂前各组淋巴群均在照射野之内。体外放射方式有垂直固定野照射，远野照射(包括旋转、钟摆、等中心照射等)，和延伸野等方式。体外放射剂量一般为60Gy(5000～6000拉得)。
