采用原子吸收光谱(AAS)标准曲线法对YG系列硬质合金刀具酸蚀后浸蚀溶液中Co浓度进行定量测试,利用AAS测试结果定量计算了相应酸蚀时间下的去钴深度;对所获得的YG系列硬质合金刀具浓度-时间曲线、去钴深度-时间曲线进行了回归分析,利用回归分析的结果对YG类硬质合金酸蚀特性及去钴深度进行了定性及定量分析;采用辉光放电发射光谱仪(GDS)对确定酸蚀时间条件下硬质合金刀具中Co元素进行定量薄层(QDP)分析,并与原子吸收光谱标准曲线法测试结果进行对比研究。
