腌料：生粉、生抽各1茶匙，盐1/3茶匙，胡椒粉少许。
1、将腌料放进碎猪肉内拌匀，搅打一下并挤成肉丸。2、大白菜洗净，切成段；粉丝以水浸软。3、烧热白镬，放入油二汤匙，爆香姜片，将津菜放入镬内兜炒片刻，加入清鸡汤和盐，待津菜煮至七成熟，放进肉丸，加盖煮八分钟至熟，放入粉丝煮滚，淋上麻油、胡椒粉即成
