通过实验法,以南京市56~72岁社区居民50人为研究对象,进行为期12周的负荷伸膝运动,测定比较运动前后下肢肌力及平衡能力的变化情况,探讨负荷伸膝运动对中老年人下肢肌力及平衡能力的影响。
