丹毒 erysipelas β-溶血性链球菌引起真皮和皮下浅层的淋巴管炎及其周围炎。其特点是皮肤出现境界清楚的水肿性红斑、伴发冷发热 。好发于面部、小腿。耳、鼻、咽病灶引起面部损害,足癣、下肢溃疡及外伤均可引起下肢丹毒。常有复发,称复发性丹毒。早期用足量抗生素治疗,青霉素疗效较好。注意治疗病灶。 |
