ObjectiveTo study the differentially expressed gene profile of Heart-Yang deficiency suffering from coronary heart disease, with an emphasis on genes in response to lipid metabolism, energy metabolism and collagen synthesis; and to explore their clinical significance.
目的 研究冠心病心阳虚证差异表达基因谱，重点探讨脂类代谢、能量代谢、胶原蛋白差异表达基因，及其临床意义。

| 心阳虚证 心阳虚衰，心脉及全身失于温煦所表现出的证候。心阳虚证的原因同心气虚证，并多由心气虚证进一步发展而来 。临床表现是在心气虚证的基础上出现虚寒症状，如畏寒肢冷、心痛、舌淡胖、苔白滑、脉微细。若心阳虚证进一步发展 ，在心阳虚证的基础上出现虚脱亡阳症状，称为心阳暴脱证 。心阳暴脱，阳气衰亡不能卫外，则冷汗淋漓，不能温煦肢体则四肢厥冷。余症有呼吸微弱、面色苍白、口唇青紫、神志模糊或昏迷、脉微细欲绝。心阳虚证的治法为温通心阳，方用桂枝甘草汤、麻黄附子细辛汤、保元汤等；心阳暴脱证的治法为回阳救逆，方用参附汤、回逆汤等。 |
