本方出自《医林改错》。①组成：赤芍，川芎，桃仁，红花，老葱，生姜，大枣；②方解：赤芍、川芎、桃仁、红花活血化瘀；老葱温通，使气行以助血行；生姜、大枣调和营卫，以助气血运行。③功用：活血化瘀。用于血瘀，气血运行不畅，以致络脉受阻之经期或经行前后头痛。
