肩髃
肩髃 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。别名中肩井、扁骨、偏骨、尚骨、偏肩、髃骨。属手阳明大肠经。手阳明、阳蹻之会。在肩部，三角肌上，臂外展，或向前平伸时，当肩峰前下方凹陷处。布有锁骨上神经后支及腋神经和旋肱后动、静脉。主治肩臂疼痛，上肢不遂，项强，齿痛，瘰疬，瘾疹，及肩关节周围炎等。直刺1-1.5寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
