detrusor-sphincter dysneuria
为膀胱逼尿肌收缩时,尿道外括约肌不作相应放松,继续保持其收缩状态引起。常伴膀胱功能性梗阻现象,多见于骶上神经中枢病变患者引起的盆骶肌肉痉挛症。作尿流率测定及尿道外括约肌电流测定可以确诊。
