舌咽神经切断术
glossopharyngeal neurotomy

用以治疗舌咽神经痛的手术。Sicard及Robineau(1920年)创用经颅外颈部入路切断舌咽神经,即在茎突舌肌后面找出舌咽神经,分离至近颅底处切断。此法损伤性大,目前已很少应用。
