性质: 用等离子体焰产生的高温激发光源作为原子发射光谱的激发光源的一种仪器分析方法。在光谱分析中常用的有高频等离子炬和等离子体喷射源两种。应用氢-氧焰高频等离子炬时,可使铝、钡、镁、锌的测定灵敏度分别提高500,12,4000和5000倍;等离子体喷射源主要用于液体试样分析中,产生的谱线很强。由于喷射中用惰性气体,样品在高温中生成的氧化物和氢氧化物大大减少,因而提高了元素测定的灵敏度。
