静脉曲张
varicosity
静脉由于病变而呈现迂曲、扩张和伸张状态的总称。多由于一些不明确的病因引起，而静脉回流不畅，静脉受压，静脉管壁薄弱，静脉瓣缺损等在发病中有一定作用。下肢静脉曲张指下肢表浅静脉的曲张，患者下肢沉重感，易发生慢性小腿溃疡。食管和胃底静脉曲张常见于肝硬化病人，可破裂出血，引起呕血。精索静脉曲张患者常有阴囊下垂感。肛管黏膜静脉曲张可引起痔疮。治疗应针对病因，必要时可采用手术治疗。
