冲击疗法
flooding
在短时间内用大剂量药物以达到治疗疾病的目的。如用大剂量肾上腺皮质激素溶于150ml生理盐水，在15～20分钟作静脉注射。每日冲击1～2次，必要时8～12小时1次，连续1～2天。本疗法主要用于抢救危重病例，如败血症、感染性休克、哮喘持续状态、恶性突眼症、甲状腺危象、成人呼吸窘迫综合征等。
