病名。 阴茎与尿道先天性畸形之一。属阴茎勃起组织发育不全。可分三度:Ⅰ尿道海绵体局部缺损 造成阴茎部尿道扩大呈囊状憩室,其直抵白膜下,压迫和阻塞尿道;Ⅱ尿 道海绵体缺损较大,形成巨阴茎部尿道,使阴茎在排尿时呈舟状;Ⅲ阴茎海绵体的严重不发 育和尿道海绵体的缺损,使尿道扩大呈梭形。均罕见(见图37)。
