尿沉渣
uinary sediment

取尿液于试管内,以2000转/min速度离心3~5分钟,弃去上清液后的剩余部分。尿沉渣中的有形成分有细胞、管型及盐类结晶三类。①细胞:包括上皮细胞、血细胞。②管型:包括透明管型、细胞管型、颗粒管型。③盐类结晶及磺胺药物结晶。
