Objective: An intestine ischemic reperfusion (IR) rat model was adopted to investigate the effects of changes of gut mucosal immune function to bacterial and endotoxic translocation after intestine IR injury.
目的:本课题以Wister大鼠肠缺血再灌注(IR)模型为基础,研究IR后肠黏膜免疫功能变化与肠道细菌内毒素移位的关系,以及α-黑素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)和地塞米松(DEX)对其的影响,旨在探讨IR肠黏膜免疫功能改变与细菌内毒素移位的关系以及α-MSH对其防治作用的免疫学机制,为临床应用α-MSH防治创伤、休克后全身炎性反应综合征(SIRS)和多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)提供实验依据。
