颅缝
解剖学术语。解剖学上颅骨之间借少量结缔组织相连形成的缝隙,如冠状缝、矢状缝、人字缝等。新生儿的颅骨尚未发育完全,相邻的骨之间间隙很宽,并被结缔组织膜封闭,称为颅囟(fonticuli cranii)。颅缝一般在30~50岁或更晚时闭合。少数颅缝,如额缝(5%),可终生不闭合,称永存额缝。颅缝间有时存在多余的骨块,称缝间骨。X线平片上,外板的颅缝以锯齿状密度减低影为特征,内板的缝则为线形,有特定部位。儿童期较清楚且较宽。CT和MR的横断层面上常可显示冠状缝和人字缝。CT表现为横贯颅骨内外板的线状透亮线。MR T1ωI像上表现为横贯板障的线形无信号影。颅缝本身的异常改变可有:提早闭合、颅缝分离、颅缝分裂、颅缝硬化。后者原因不明,不属病态。
