肝胶体闪烁显像
一种诊断肝脏占位性病变的肝静态显像方法。静脉注入体内的放射性胶体(如99mTc-植酸钠或113In-氢氧化铟)流经肝脏时，90%以上可被肝脏的库普弗细胞摄取。由于肝病变部位的库普弗细胞与肝实质细胞受损程度一致，其吞噬放射性胶体颗粒的功能减低或丧失，使肝病变处呈现放射性缺损或稀疏区，以此观察肝占位性病变的部位和范围，了解腹部肿块与肝脏的关系等。
