After that,we observed gastric mucosa of 16 cases spleen-stomach qi deficiency,16 cases liver-stomach disharmony gastric abscess patients and 3 cases health adults through transmission electron microscope,found that mitochondria number of acid cell of spleen-stomach qi deficiency astric abscess patients,counted number of zymogen granule of adelomorphou.
此后通过对16例脾胃气虚、16例肝胃不和型胃脘痛患者及3例正常人胃黏膜进行透射电镜观察,发现:脾胃气虚胃脘痛患者壁细胞线粒体数目、主细胞单位面积内酶原颗粒计数较正常组、肝胃不和组明显减少;壁细胞及浆细胞均可见线粒体肿胀,膜缺损,嵴断裂、基质变淡等变化,与对照组相比有明显差异。

| 胃脘痛 以胃脘部经常发生疼痛，痛时亦可伴有呕吐，嗳气，吐酸，胃内烧灼感，胀满，饮食减少等不适的病证。多由过食生冷，寒滞胃脘，或气郁伤肝，肝失疏泄，横逆犯胃，或劳倦过度，或久病伤脾，中焦虚损，寒邪内生，或胃阴受伤，胃失濡养等引起。辩证时应注意是外邪犯胃，还是脏腑失调所致。常见证型有：①寒邪犯胃。证见突发性胃脘痛，得热痛减，多与受寒或过食生冷有关，苔白脉弦。治宜散寒止痛，方用良附丸加味。②饮食停滞。证见胃脘胀痛，嗳腐吞酸，苔厚腻，脉滑。治宜消食导滞，方用保和丸加减。③肝气犯胃。证见胃脘胀痛，连及胁肋，每因情绪波动而增减变化，嗳气口苦，苔白脉弦。治宜疏肝理气，方用柴胡疏肝散加减。④肝胃郁热。证见胃脘灼痛，烦躁易怒，泛酸纳少，口苦咽干，舌红苔黄，脉弦数。治宜泄热和胃止痛，方用化肝煎。⑤阴虚胃痛。证见胃痛隐隐，口干便燥，舌红少苔，脉细。治宜养阴和胃，方用养胃汤。⑥脾胃虚寒。证见胃痛喜暖喜按，神疲纳呆，肢冷便溏，舌淡脉弱，治宜温中健脾，方用黄芪建中汤加味。⑦ 瘀血胃痛。证见胃脘疼痛，日久不愈，痛处固定，痛如针刺，舌质紫暗有瘀斑，脉涩者。治宜行气活血，化瘀止痛，方用失笑散加味。 |
