家族性基底节钙化
familial calcifiation of basal ganglia

特点是基底节钙化,脑血管钙化。婴儿期起病,有进行性智力低下、癫痫发作、舞蹈、手足徐动、脑小畸形。病理可见基底节、小脑、大脑皮质的血管有钙沉积。CT检查可见钙化开始于小脑齿状核和脑桥,然后双基底节对称性钙化,最后胼胝体钙化。本病预后不良,无特殊疗法。
