肺血流量
流入肺循环中的血量。血流量=。血流量在肺内的分布受重力、体位、肺泡内压等多种因素影响。肺血容量是肺动脉起始部至静脉终末端之间的血量。健降成人约900ml。肺血容量约30%在肺动脉,10%在肺毛细血管,60%在肺静脉,正常肺毛细血管床含75~l00ml血液。肺血流量随心脏的收缩和舒张呈周期性波动,也受呼吸、药物、体位及运动、发热等多种因素的影响。
