制备方法:取生药(落新妇或岩菖蒲)粗粉,用95%乙醇浸煮,所得乙醇溶液浓缩回收乙醇,浓溶液加浓氨水至pH9-10,使岩白菜素粗品沉淀析出。粗品溶于乙醇,用活性炭脱色,重结晶,即得岩白菜素成品,以生药计,收率1.5%。
用途:镇咳祛痰药。用于治疗慢性支气管炎。
