性质:又称冷聚丁苯橡胶。通常由丁二烯和苯乙烯在5℃用乳液聚合制得。由于低温下的乳液聚合能减少聚合过程中支化和交联的形成,所得橡胶的聚合度、结晶度和熔点都较理想,分子量和分子结构都较均匀。因此化学稳定性、拉伸强度、伸长率、耐磨性、耐老化性都较优良。聚合主要采用氧化-还原系统,以对苯二酚和亚硫酸钠作活化剂,异丙苯过氧化氢作引发剂,拉开粉作乳化剂,防老剂丁作调节剂。主要用途是代替天然橡胶制造汽车外胎和内胎、胶鞋、各种橡胶工业制品等。
