吉尔福德人格理论
Guilford theory of personality
吉尔福德人格理论(Guliford theory ofpersonality)美国心理学家J.P.吉尔福德提出的人格理论。他认为，人格是由个人所具有的不同的人格特性组合而成的模式。所谓人格特性，即各个个体之间互不相同、可资辨认的、持久而稳定的属性，其中既有心理方面的属性，也有机体方面的属性。如个人的态度(attitude)、气质(temperament)、能力倾向(aptitude)、形态(mo印hology)、生理(physiology)、需要(need)和兴趣(interest)。人格即由这七种不同的属性结合而成的整体。据此，吉尔福德提出了一个人格结构模式。它是一个七角形的交互体，从不同的角度可以观察到不同的特性(如下图)。一 吉尔福德的人格模型 (王启康撰彭璐聆审)
