Methods Chromatin assembly protein factors,NAP-1(Nucleosome assembly protein-1),Acf-1(ATP utilizing chromatin assembly and remodeling factor-1) and ISWI(Imitation Switch) were expressed in Sf9 cells using baculovirus expression system and purified with affinity or ion-exchange chromatography techniques.
