后位子宫
指子宫纵轴与骨盆纵轴方向相反,子宫底朝向腹后壁。根据子宫体与子宫颈之间角度的不同又分为后倾与后屈两种。后倾指子宫体与子宫颈之间无明显角度,方向是一致的,宫颈大都朝向前方。后屈则为宫体与宫颈间有明显角度,方向不一致,宫颈可为水平方向。后位子宫可以是正常情况下的表现,也可以因子宫周围粘连所致,如盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症,严重情况下使子宫与后方组织紧密粘连,活动受限,甚至表现腰骶坠胀,性交疼痛及不孕等。不能简单以子宫位置来解释盆腔情况,而应以经阴道盆腔检查作出正确诊断。
