增殖性瘢痕
皮肤深部受伤后出现高出皮肤表面、硬实的瘢痕组织，称增殖性瘢痕。其演变过程为创面愈合时表面平整、充血、瘙痒，随时间推移而逐渐增生高出皮肤变得坚硬无弹性。其表面为一层萎缩上皮细胞覆盖，底层为大量增生的结缔组织。胶原束排列紊乱，呈螺旋状、结节状不等，主要细胞成分为肌成纤维细胞。轻者1～2年自行变平变软，瘙痒症状消失；重者需3～4年才渐趋成熟。个别患者伤后10年瘢痕仍瘙痒、充血、坚硬。对增殖性瘢痕的治疗至今尚无满意方法。近年来主张创面愈合两周左右开始行压力治疗，持续加压2.0～5.2kPa，在1年左右可见瘢痕变平软，充血消退，症状消失。
