性质:也称作电致发光或电化学发光。直接将电能转化为光能电极反应导致的一类发光现象。在直流电流或交流电场的作用下,产生高电场区和过热电子,依靠过热电子的碰撞离化产生的电子空穴对复合发光;或者在电场作用下,少数载流子的注入和复合产生发光。电致发光材料有结型、粉末和薄膜三种。目前达到实际应用水平的主要是结型材料,如发光二极管。另外,涂敷在塑料软膜上的粉末电致发光器件,因其方便和可弯曲的特点正得到广泛应用。以高聚物为基体的电致发光器件,由于可以做成薄膜状或注塑成复杂曲面,将成为一种新型电光显示和照明用的器件。
