stereotaxic apparatus
立体定位仪(stereotaxie apparatus)用于精确地确定脑内某一位置的仪器，尤其用于向单个脑细胞进行电刺激或埋植电极时的定位。该仪器由三个主要部分构成:(l)上下、左右和前后移动的三个标尺(刻有毫米度)。(2)与标尺连在一起的电极或导管夹持器。(3)固定头部位置的耳杆和门齿钩。使用立体定位仪时按脑图谱的说明将受试者的头固定在正确的水平位置。然后按照刺激目标在图谱上的三维坐标移动三个标尺，调整好三个标尺之后，电极尖所指的部位即为插电极的地点，根据标尺上的刻度，按顺时针方向旋转垂直标尺顶上的螺丝钮的刻度，使电极徐徐插入脑内，到达确定的度数，电极即己中靶。参见“脑图谱”、“立体定位技术”。 (杨立傀撰梁宝勇审)
