是结扎输卵管的一种方法，在输卵管峡部将浆膜层与输卵管管芯分开，游离一段输卵管管芯并切除约2cm，近端结扎包埋于浆膜内，远端结扎后留在浆膜外，这样使输卵管二断端无法再自然接通，可降低失败率，并且损伤血管机会少，并发症少。这种结扎术操作较多，只能在开腹手术下进行。适用于小切口绝育术，剖宫产同时或其他妇科开腹手术同时。
