| 传变 中医对病邪或病变的传移、演变的称谓。人体是一个有机的整体，其上下表里，脏腑组织之间由经络气血相互沟通，一旦病邪侵入或体内发生病变，即可随经络气血发生传移与演变。中医学关于疾病传变的理论，在临床辨别证候，分析病变机转与趋向，判断预后，指导治疗，遏制病变的进展等方面有重要的意义。①外感病的传变。是以六淫邪气或疫病邪气循人体形层由表入里，由浅入深的传变。它的传变方式为：六经传变，指风寒之邪沿太阳，阳明，少阳，太阴，少阴，厥阴依次相传，病情渐重；卫气营血传变，指温热邪气由呼吸感受，按卫分，气分，营分，血分相传移；三焦传变，指湿热之邪依上、中、下三焦相传，且均为病情渐重趋向；表里九传，指毒力极强的疫邪，起病急病情重，具有传染性和流行性，传变规律复杂。②内伤病的传变。其特点是直接伤及气血脏腑，病情发展多表现为缓慢的过程。它的传变方式有：气血传变，病由气分传至血分；或脏腑之间的相互传变。疾病是否传变一般由人体正气的强弱，病邪的性质，治疗和护理是否得当，有无旧病与新邪相结合等因素所决定。中医疾病传变的理论，在临床上主要用于早期诊断，早期治疗。 |
