原发性甲状腺功能减退

Objective:To explore preventative methods for hypothyroidism.
目的 :探讨原发性甲状腺功能减退的预防措施。

Methods The serum IGF-Ⅰ levels was determined with radio-immunologic assay(RIA) in 55 cases of hyperthyroidism,36 cases of hypothyroidism,25 cases of Hashimoto s thyroiditis and 30 controls,the serum IGF-Ⅰ levels were again determined in the patients after therapy.
方法:采用放射免疫分析(RIA)分别检测55例甲状腺功能亢进、36例原发性甲状腺功能减退、25例桥本氏甲状腺炎患者和30例健康人IGF-Ⅰ水平,并随访经过治疗后甲状腺功能恢复至正常水平患者(24例甲亢、16例甲减、10例甲炎)血清IGF-Ⅰ水平。

甲状腺功能低下性心脏病
甲状腺功能低下性心脏病是指甲状腺素水平低下而引起的一种心脏病。主要有心肌肌原纤维肿胀、间质纤维化、细胞肿胀、松弛无力。临床表现：气短、心前区隐痛、心率缓慢、心力衰竭、心脏扩大、心包积液等的体征，传导阻滞。心电图示窦性心动过缓，低电压，ST-T改变，也可出现传导阻滞，QT延长等。主要应治疗甲状腺功能低下，甲状腺素治疗从小量开始。其余为对症治疗。
