瓜蒌皮 瓜蒌皮 拼音名：Gualoupi 英文名：PERICARPIUM TRICHOSANTHIS 书页号：2000年版一部-85 本品为葫芦科植物栝楼Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. 或双边栝楼Trichos- anthes rosthornii Harms 的干燥成熟果皮。秋季采摘成熟果实，剖开，除去果瓤及 种子，阴干。
【性状】
本品常切成 2至数瓣，边缘向内卷曲，长6 ～12cm。外表面橙红色或橙 黄色，皱缩，有的有残存果梗；内表面黄白色。质较脆，易折断。具焦糖气，味淡、微 酸。
【鉴别】
取本品，置60℃烘干，粉碎，取粗粉约2g，加乙醇20ml，超声处理15分 钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加甲醇2ml使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取瓜蒌皮对照药材2g， 同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl,分 别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以石油醚（60～90℃）-醋酸乙酯（4：1）为展开剂，展开， 取出，晾干，喷以5%香草醛硫酸溶液，加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照 药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的斑点。
【炮制】
洗净，稍晾，切丝，晒干。
【性味与归经】
甘，寒。归肺、胃经。
【功能与主治】
清化热痰，利气宽胸。用于痰热咳嗽，胸闷胁痛。
【用法与用量】
6 ～9g。
【注意】
不宜与乌头类药材同用。
【贮藏】
置阴凉干燥处，防霉，防蛀。
